Project management

Thanks to our reliable and skilled Project Managers, we are able to handle almost any translation or localization project within any time frame. The PM role is regarded as one of the most important, since it is the Project Manager who takes the lion's share of responsibility for meeting the project deadline, ensuring high quality, and communicating issues that may arise in the course of translation or localization on a timely basis. It is his/her exclusive duty to organize the workflow in the most efficient and appropriate manner.  The Project Manager also works in close cooperation with the Personnel Manager to engage the most suitable team to work on the project - the team, whose expertise and qualifications match the project content and reflect its scope.

Having spent several years in the translation and localization business we would like to emphasize the fact that the expected quality of the final product can never be achieved without proper 'Client-Team communication', which is also established via the PM. It is the PM's responsibility to interface with the client:  request supporting or reference materials, more project details, submit queries, and clearly communicate the client's comments, additional requirements, and special demands to the team working at the project.
